"I normally do not write reviews but my experience was rocky every time I've had to speak with them or request service. Signing up was relatively easy but the customer service aspect is a different story. Hard to get answers to questions, and or felt as though we were blown off whenever we reached out. Even down to the cancellation, we explicitly requested to have our Home insurance stay in the escrow account, but they refunded us for that anyways. If it couldn't stay in the account at least give us a heads up. Also, being that they have our updated address for the auto and home insurance for these services, they sent the home insurance refund back to our old apartment address when we were signing up for our recently purchased house. If not for the USPS mail forwarding, we would've never received or knew of the refund in the first place. Our auto premiums also increased with no explanations or heads up after 6 months when nothing has changed on our end. Easy to collect payments but being your "agent" is like pulling teeth. Highly disappointed in the service. Highly unprofessional."

"I had an auto policy with GEICO insurance for years and customer service agent Lizbeth Medina Pastrana was so GREAT! She reached out to me and provided me with a really low rate and meeting her in person, she was so kind and had excellent customer service!!!! I will definitely recommend her agency to my coworkers and my family!! Thank you again for all your help!!! Very, very satisfied!!!!"

"Here’s my issue; perhaps this is State Farm than this guy...but I’m not absolving either. I’ve been with State Farm for 30+ years. They close up the NE Tacoma office with little notice, and no soft hand off to the new agent. His office isn’t even conveniently located to us; he’s in Des Moines and we work and live south. This man/agent must know about his new book of business. For us alone we have several car insurance policies, multiple life insurance policies, home owners ins, and not a single email or phone call. Nothing!!! Not a thing, no let’s schedule an appt, no open house....ugggh. I couldn’t leave a vm when I called, the main customer service (800) said they would leave a message to call us and nothing. I’m so disappointed, disgusted at the quality of service. They’re happy to deduct hundreds of dollars every month though. I think we should cancel it all and go somewhere else where being a client is valued. After 30 years..."

"I believe the customer service at this agency is outstanding. Lee Thornton and his team routinely provides a combination of problem solving information and a friendly attitude in a responsive manner. During office hours, someone always answers the phone. In my interactions, the staff demonstrate the expertise and attitude to quickly response to my questions/problems in a helpful way. They also follow through in completing my transactions in a timely and professional manner. I think this organization is well organized with a knowledge staff."

"Lee and Erin are a throwback to the glory years of good customer service. If you call, they answer. If you make a request, they turn it around immediately. I recently called with the news I had purchased an old boat. They created a quote and applied coverage immediately for an upcoming boat trip. Then when I needed a certificate of insurance for the marina, they turned that around immediately as well. I am very impressed. We have used a number of insurance companies and agents over the years but we won't be changing again. So glad we found this office."
